We head back to 2003 in this week’s show for our featured album of the week. Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts was the second album by M83 and we play several tracks throughout the show.
We also revisit the first airing of a tune from Ladies & Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space by Spiritualized. The band are about to reissue the album originally released in 1997, however they recorded a track for John Peel two years before the album was released which you can hear.
There’s also the usual scattering of new releases and 30th anniversary tracks as we continue to look back at 1991.
